Access to Equity (A2E) program is to advance economic self-sufficency for low-income communities in the Gulf Coast through a comprehensive small business economic development strategy.
Mary Queen of Vietnam Church Community Development Corporation (MQVN CDC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving, strengthening and developing affordable housing, economic development, and education in order to enhance the quality of life for Vietnamese-American residents in the local region. The A2E (Asset to Equity) program was designed to advance economic self-sufficiency for low-income communities in the Gulf Coast through a comprehensive small business economic development strategy.
